Short for School of Mortgage Banking Course III, SOMB III is the last in a three-course series, offering comprehensive professional development for mortgage industry management. In the SOMB courses, participants learn the essential knowledge and skills required to compete in such an extremely competitive, and constantly changing, industry.

After completing all three SOMB courses, participants earn the AMP (Accredited Mortgage Professional) Designation, recognizing the educational excellence, high ethical standards, and commitment to professionalism of individuals in the single-family real estate finance industry. 

It is an honor and privilege to have our own, Tom Healy, AMP teaching SOMB III. As a highly trained real estate professional, with 25 years of experience in the field, Tom is eager and prepared to offer his expertise, in partnership with the MBA, to the students of the SOMB III course.
